When I saw this recipe on pinterest I immediately had to do it 😻 Recipe: For the cookie: 115g softened butter 100g granulated sugar 25g icing sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 300g flour For the icing: 200g icing sugar 150g unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla pink food coloring/ strawberry flavor Let the dough chill for 30 minutes then cook it at 180 degrees for about 10-13 minutes.
